- Hypromellose USP 2.5% w/vLubricant
Inactive ingredients
Edetate Disodium, Boric Acid, Sodium Borate, Potassium Chloride, Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide may be added for pH, Water for Injection. Preservative - Benzalkonium Chloride NF.

Warnings
For external use only
Do not use
- If this product changes color or becomes cloudy
- If seal is broken or punctured
When using this product
- Do not touch tip of bottle to any surface to avoid contamination
- Replace cap after each use
Stop use and consult a physician if you experience any of the following
- eye pain
- changes in vision
- irritation or redness for longer than 48 hours
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
- Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Directions
- Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed

- Store at room temperature 15-30°C (59-86°F)
