When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship the same business day as long as they’re placed before 5 pm Eastern. Please refer to the chart below for rate details, terms and conditions.

Will my order ship free?
We offer free shipping on all Auto-Ship recurring orders in the Continental US. One-time purchases will have a shipping fee of $5.95.
Why am I incurring additional shipping and handling charges?
If you place a one-time order and/or the size and weight of select products exceeds our standard, you may be charged an additional fee at the time of shipment. You can find this distinction on our website, listed in the item's description.
When will I receive my order if I request shipping Next Day Air or Red Label Overnight?
When you choose Next Day or Overnight delivery, your order will ship the following day. For example, if you placed an order today before 10 am Eastern for Overnight Delivery, your package will be delivered the day after tomorrow. Please note that Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days. If you placed an order for Next Day service on a Friday, before 10 am Eastern, it would ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you select Overnight service, we may use a private carrier or other means to get it to you as promised. There are no refunds. No exceptions.
When will I receive my order if I request shipping 2nd Day delivery?
When you choose 2nd Day delivery, the day you place your order does not count as a shipping day. For example, if you placed an order on Wednesday, your package will be delivered the following Monday. Please note that Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days. We may use a private carrier or other means to get it to you as promised. There are no refunds. No exceptions.
Am I able to ship orders to Canada?
Please check your country's restrictions on specific supplements prior to placing your order. We are unable to ship any products restricted by the destination country. If the destination country returns the package (due to restrictions), customers will be refunded the difference between shipping and handling and the original order charge. Delivery time is a guideline for receipt at your customs office. International customers will be responsible for all customs fees, tariffs or duties (if required) and are not refundable by VISTA®.
What happens if the product I would like to purchase is on backorder?
If the product you’d like is out-of-stock, we’ll partial-ship any other items in your order immediately. When the out-of-stock item becomes available, we’ll ship it to you via ground service at no charge.
